A former senior civil servant and regulator, Sarah now chairs the Legal Services Consumer Panel, is on the Board of the Electoral Commission and has a number of other public appointments, mainly in consumer policy and regulation. Until recently she served as Trustee of a Zambian education charity, and is a keen (though not very good) tennis player.
