In spring this year, as London emerged from lockdown, Greenhouse Sports partnered with the amazing team at @adidasrunners to help get our young people moving again, through the individual and community lifeforce that is running.
Together Adidas Runners, Greenhouse Sports and the team at The Midnight Club have produced an inspiring film tells the success story of this project.
After eight months and many sessions in all weathers at our schools across London, more than 250 young participants and coaches have taken part under the expert guidance and passion of Coaches Ayo Dada and James Heptonstall. Some kids who had barely run or never known the value of running have seen the benefits for personal health and wellbeing and for their sport.
🔋➰The Network Effect – is an inspiring project developed by @pure.ayo as part of @adidasrunners global mission in improving accessibility and diversify sports.
“The goal of the project is to leave young people with an understanding of how running/movement underpins everyday health, sports, and performance leading to improved mental/physical well-being.”

❤️❤️ It’s been remarkable to see the transformation of our young people throughout The Network Effect Project. We’re really happy with the result and grateful to have had the chance to share Ayo’s and James’ inspiring work with our young kids.
“It’s a real privilege coaching kids from different backgrounds but seeing them all come together with a common goal of trying to improve themselves in sport. That’s really rewarding to see.” – Coach James
✨✨A HUGE thank you to Ayo, James, and the rest of the team for all their uplifting support, hard work, and positivity throughout the project.
